On room booking, hotel system calls Pass API. Creates a Guest Parking Pass valid for stay. Pass may include vehicle or be open. At entry → ANPR/QR detects guest → session auto-linked.
Valet Parking
Guest hands car to valet. Operator creates facility_activity (valet service) and parking_activity. If valet fee inclusive of parking → no additional session charge. Overtime handled via valet rate rules.

Hotel issues short-term booking for event attendees. Either prepaid via QR code sent with invitation OR pay-on-arrival. Bookings table entry created → scanned at gate → linked to session.
