User Login and Dashboard Overview
This article guides users through the login process and provides an overview of the user dashboard, highlighting key features and tools available based on user roles.
User Login Instructions
- Navigate to the Login Page. Access the platform’s login URL provided by the administrator.
- Enter Your Credentials
- Username/Email: Enter the registered email address provided by the admin.
- Password: Use the password that was shared with you during onboarding.
- Click “Login” to proceed.
Note: The platform follows an RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) model.
The tools, modules, and data visible on your dashboard are strictly based on the role and permissions assigned to you.
Dashboard Overview
Once logged in, the dashboard provides a snapshot of essential daily metrics and operational insights.
Today’s Summary Widgets
These real-time counters help users quickly understand daily activity:
- Today’s Bookings: Displays the total number of confirmed bookings for the current day
- Today’s Leads: Shows the total number of new enquiries or leads generated today.
- Today’s Occupancy: Reflects the number of venues currently occupied.
- Clock Widget: Shows the live time and date for quick reference.
Notifications & Profile Access
- Notification Icon: Access real-time alerts and updates related to bookings, staff activities, or system notifications.
- Profile Icon: View and manage your profile details. Includes a “Log Out” option to safely exit the platform.
Calendar View: Monthly Booking Schedule
The calendar module provides a comprehensive visual of bookings across the month:
- Each day displays major booking details.
- A venue dropdown filter allows users to narrow down the view by specific venues.
- Use the arrow buttons (top-right corner) to switch between months.
Note : It helps staff to quickly check availability and avoid overbookings.
It also identifies high-traffic dates for resource planning and staff can plan ahead for upcoming events or promotions.
Venue & Stock Details (Scroll-Down Section)
Below the dashboard and calendar view, users can access detailed venue and resource information:
- Venue List Includes:
- Venue Name
- Seating/Guest Capacity
- Base Pricing
- Time Slots (Morning/Evening)
- Flooring Plan (if available)
- Stock Overview:
A quick snapshot of item availability to manage inventory needed for upcoming events.
Summary : The dashboard is designed for real-time awareness and smooth operational planning.
Based on your role, you’ll have access to tools that help manage events, resources, and schedules efficiently.
