Every car park changes hands. A security contract ends, a facility company is replaced, a new team arrives with a new way of doing things. In most car parks, the system walks out with them: the logins, the pricing, the records, the history.
The property owner finds out what it didn't own on the day the contractor leaves.
The owner holds the account. The system, the data and the rules sit under Third i's control, not the contractor's.
Staff are assigned, not embedded. Facility and security teams get role-based access to do their job, and lose it the day they stop.
Software first, no lock-in. ANPR cameras and barriers plug into the platform. No hardware vendor decides what the car park can do.
ANPR reads the plate at entry and opens a session. Nobody stands at the entry. At the exit the plate is read again, the fee is calculated, and an operator collects payment and lifts the barrier.
Local setup, once. Australian dollars, 10% GST and local time are configured in the owner's account, so every receipt, shift and report follows them, whoever is on duty.
Facility team as tenant. They run the exit under permissions Third i sets. Pricing and rules stay with the owner.
Reconciled, always. Every session has an entry, an exit and a payment, and every shift closes against what was counted.
An audit trail of every operator action, kept with the account and not with the team.
A year in, the security company is replaced. Third i removes the old operators and adds the new ones. The history, the pricing, the reports and the settings are exactly where they were, and the new team starts on a car park that is already running.
