How to reset password

If you forget your SISTEM password and cannot sign in, you can reset it from the SISTEM login page.

SISTEM verifies your identity using a reset code sent to your registered email address. After verifying the code, you can create a new password and use it to sign in.

Before You Start

Make sure you have access to the email address registered with your SISTEM account. You will need the reset code sent to this email to complete the process.

How to Reset Your Password

1. Go to the SISTEM login page.
2. Select Forgot Password.
3. Enter your registered email address, if prompted.
4. SISTEM will send a password reset code to your registered email address.
5. Enter the reset code.
6. Verify the code to continue.
7. Create a new password.
8. Save the new password.
9. Return to the login page and sign in using your new password.

If You Don’t Receive the Reset Code

If the reset code does not arrive:

• Check that you entered the correct registered email address.
• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Wait a few moments before requesting another code.
• Use the option to resend the code, if available.
• Make sure you have access to the registered email account.

If you still cannot receive the code, contact your organization’s SISTEM administrator or the appropriate support channel for assistance.

Password Best Practices

When creating your new password:

• Use a strong and unique password.
• Avoid using easily guessed information such as your name, company name, or date of birth.
• Do not reuse a password from another account.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Consider using a password manager to securely store your password.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.

Important Things to Know

• The reset code is sent to your registered email address.
• You must verify the reset code before creating a new password.
• Never share your reset code with anyone.
• If you receive a password reset code that you did not request, do not share or use it.
• After resetting your password, your previous password will no longer be used to sign in.

Forgot Password vs. Change Password

These are two different actions in SISTEM:

• Forgot Password – Use this when you cannot sign in because you do not remember your password. You can reset it from the login page.
• Change Password – Use this when you are already signed in and want to update your existing password from My Profile.

Next Steps

After successfully resetting your password, return to the SISTEM login page and sign in with your new password.

If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, complete the additional authentication step when prompted.
