How to update the parking location

You can update the location of a parking from its Parking Profile. When you select the location on the map, SISTEM automatically detects related location details such as latitude, longitude, pincode, and state.

If the parking cannot be located accurately on the map, you can also enter the location details manually.

Before You Start

Only Parking Managers and Organization Admins can update the parking location.

Make sure you are logged in with the appropriate permissions and have the correct parking location available.

How to Update the Parking Location

1. Log in to your Parking Account.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to the Parking Profile.
4. Open Location Settings.
5. Click Update Location.
6. The map will open. Search for the correct parking location.
7. Select the correct location on the map to map the parking.
8. Click Save and Close.
9. Review the automatically populated location details.
10. Save the updated parking details.

If You Cannot Locate the Parking on the Map

If the correct parking location is not available or cannot be accurately identified on the map, you can enter the location details manually.

1. Open Update Location from Location Settings.
2. Enter the required location information manually.
3. Review the details to make sure they are accurate.
4. Save the location.

Automatically Detected Location Information

When you select the parking location on the map, SISTEM automatically detects related location information, such as:

• Latitude
• Longitude
• Pincode
• State
• Other available address information

Review the detected details before saving to make sure they accurately represent the parking location.

Important Things to Know

• The parking location is configured at the parking level.
• Only Parking Managers and Organization Admins can change the parking location.
• Make sure the map marker is placed on the correct parking location.
• If the parking cannot be accurately located on the map, you can enter the location details manually.
• When using the map, the selected location determines the automatically detected geographic information.
• Review the location details before saving.
• Updating the location does not change other parking configurations, such as rates, vehicles, or operating hours.
