How to change parking operating hours

Operating hours define when a parking is open and available for operations in SISTEM. Each parking has its own operating hours, so you can set different schedules for different parking locations.

You can update the operating hours from the Parking Profile.

Before You Begin

You can change operating hours if you have the appropriate access to the parking.

Organization Admins can select the relevant parking and update its operating hours.
Parking Managers can update the operating hours for the parking they manage.

Change Parking Operating Hours

To update the operating hours:

Log in to your SISTEM account.
Navigate to Settings.
Select the parking you want to update.
- If you are an Organization Admin, choose the relevant parking from your organization’s parkings.
- If you are a Parking Manager, open the parking you manage.
Open Parking Profile.
Select Edit Parking Details.
Find Operating Hours
Update the opening and closing times for the required days
Save your changes.

The updated operating hours will apply to that parking.

If a parking operates continuously, configure its operating hours to reflect 24-hour operations.

Operating Hours and Timezone

Operating hours are based on the timezone assigned to the parking.

The organization timezone provides the default timezone when creating a parking. If the parking is assigned a different timezone during setup, its operating hours follow that parking’s timezone.

Important to Know

Operating hours are configured separately for each parking.
Changing the operating hours of one parking does not change the hours of other parkings.
Operating hours do not change the parking’s timezone.
Review the schedule carefully when making changes, especially for weekends, closed days, or operations that continue past midnight.
Save your changes after updating the operating hours.
