How the Trial Works
You don’t need to choose a plan while you’re:
- Creating your organization
- Creating your first parking
- Configuring your setup
Your trial only starts once a parking is activated (goes live).
During the trial, you get full access to explore SISTEM in real conditions:
- All core operational features are available
- You can run real parking sessions
- You can test your reports and workflows
This gives you a chance to validate SISTEM before subscribing to anything.
What Subscription Plans Are Based On
SISTEM’s plans are built around how your parking actually operates — not arbitrary feature lock-ins. Pricing is based on:
- Monthly Vehicle Entries (MVE)
- Number of facilities
- Number of operator users
- AI insight usage
This keeps what you pay aligned with your real operational scale.
What Is MVE (Monthly Vehicle Entries)?
MVE is the number of vehicles that enter your parking in a month. It’s the main factor in choosing the right plan.
- A small private lot → low MVE
- An office or mall parking → medium MVE
- A public or city parking → high MVE
You can always adjust your plan later as your traffic grows.

What Happens When the Trial Ends?
Before your trial expires, you’ll be notified so you can select a plan. Once you do, billing activates at the organization level.
If you don’t select a plan in time:
- Operations pause
- Your configuration stays saved, nothing is lost
- You can resume whenever you’re ready
